I am a Ph.D. student from the Language and Knowledge Engineering PhD program at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, in Mexico. I have a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. I have conducted research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Ontologies. Wife, mother of two kids, advocate for animal protection and women's rights.

Currently I am working on emotion detection on unpublished seventeen and eighteen century literary documents using Machine Learning techniques and Natural Language Processing tools. The goal is to detect with precision the polarity of an extended text, using a model for emotion identification, as well as the relations and/or patterns between the emotions found.
